Melie Beauty – Return & Refund Policy

At MelieBeauty , we take pride in offering high-quality beauty products designed to make you feel confident and radiant. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items only.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Skincare items
  • Wigs, hair extensions, and lashes (if removed from original packaging or worn)
  • Beauty tools that have been used

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Melie Beauty is not responsible for lost returns

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Melie Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
